Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections or measurements provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or with a significant issue, contact us within 3 days with photos. If the issue is our fault, we will provide an appropriate resolution such as alterations support, a remake, or a refund.
